By asking the company’s references what kind of service they used from the company, how was their experience, and how much they were charged they can rate the companies on a global rate. Next time someone wants to see if that company is trustworthy, Clutch can be a crucial part for the decision-makers.
Why B2B? Why digital goods?
- Businesses that don’t offer end customer products (B2C), but supply other businesses (B2B) have fewer customers base when compared for example to a local coffee shop (FYI, they use TrustPilot).
- All B2B companies that offer digital services must have an excellent digital footprint. Their ID is the website, their customer success is their success. This needs to be unbiased.
- Putting the customer review on the website is good but simply not enough to make the final decision.
- Other businesses need to hear from someone else, like Clutch, that can all pieces of information are correct.
Options to get some reviews and ratings for your agency:
- Send your reference contact to Clutch. They will call, ask questions, confirm the source, validate the reliability of your reference.
